By using Stream Circle, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Stream Circle, you accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
2. Service Description
Stream Circle is a cloud-based event media platform that lets you create events, upload media files (photos and videos), share them with guests, and manage your content. The service is offered through subscription plans.
3. User Accounts

- check_circleYou are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and the confidentiality of your password.
- check_circleYou are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- check_circleEach user may create only one account.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not upload or share the following:
- cancelIllegal, harmful, hateful, or harassing content
- cancelCopyrighted material belonging to others (without proper authorisation)
- cancelMalware or harmful code
- cancelPrivacy-violating content (personal data shared without consent)
- cancelAny attempt to disrupt or compromise the platform infrastructure
5. Your Content
You retain intellectual property rights over all content you upload (photos, videos, etc.). You grant Stream Circle a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence solely for the purpose of delivering the service. You can revoke this licence by deleting your content or closing your account.
6. Subscription Plans and Billing
- check_circlePayments are processed securely via Stripe; your card details are never stored on our servers.
- check_circlePrice changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance to your registered email address.

7. Termination
You may close your account at any time from your profile settings or via our contact form. Stream Circle reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
Stream Circle shall not be liable for indirect or incidental damages resulting from service interruptions, data loss, or third-party actions. The service is provided "as is".
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dutch courts.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. For significant changes we will notify you at your registered email address. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
