About Your Data
When you sign in with Facebook, Stream Circle stores only the information needed to create your account: your name, email address, and profile photo. All of this data is permanently removed when you delete your account.
How to Delete Your Data
You can delete your data using either of the following methods:
- Delete your account: Sign in, go to your Profile page, and email us at [email protected] to close your account. Your request will be processed within 30 days.
- Send a direct request: Email [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your account. We will confirm and fulfil your request within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
Once your account deletion request is processed, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your name, email address, and profile photo
- All events you created and the files uploaded to them
- Short URLs (QR codes) you created
- Your purchase history (data held by Stripe is subject to Stripe's own policy)
